People who are at least 21 years old and hold a valid National or International driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of validity can rent economy class vehicles. For minivans and larger vehicles, a 3-year driver's license and being at least 25 years old are required.

The vehicle can be used by people other than the renter. Additional drivers must be registered at the beginning of the rental. The first 2 main drivers are included in the rental price, and additional drivers incur an extra charge. The conditions for additional drivers are the same as the requirements for Driver's License and Rental Age limitations.

Only credit card payments (Visa & Mastercard) are accepted at the time of vehicle delivery. Cash payments are not accepted.

If you pick up the vehicle at the airport, you will be greeted at the passenger pick-up area outside the terminal building with a sign bearing your name after collecting your luggage. After filling out the Vehicle Pickup Form next to the vehicle in the parking lot, you will take your vehicle. If you return the vehicle at the airport, our staff will meet you at the departure terminal entrance, inspect the vehicle, and then take it back.

Upon request, you can also pick up the vehicle from a hotel or our city office.

In Turkey, tolls and bridge crossings cannot be paid in cash and must be done using the prepaid HGS tag system. All of our vehicles are equipped with an HGS tag, and if you use the highway or bridge, you can pay the toll to us.

Traffic and highway/bridge crossing fines are the responsibility of the renter. Any traffic fines incurred during the rental period will be charged to the renter's credit card, and notification will be sent by email.

The vehicle’s comprehensive insurance, third-party liability insurance, and theft insurance are included in our prices with a deductible.

Super Insurance (CDW) covers material damage to the vehicle up to 5000 TL if a Damage Report is obtained from the police or gendarmerie. Guests who benefit from Super Insurance (CDW) will not be charged for any remaining repair costs within these limits. Super Insurance (CDW) can be selected in the "Insurance" section after vehicle selection on the reservation page. In the event of theft, the renter must present the registration and the vehicle key. Otherwise, the insurance will be void due to security abuse.

The prices on our website are the best prices we can offer, and no further discounts are possible. Additionally, as the rental time approaches, prices will rise. We recommend taking advantage of early booking discounts.

If the vehicle is returned with insufficient fuel, a fuel charge + 30% service fee will be applied.

You can request baby seats or booster seats through the reservation system on our website. To secure an appropriate seat, you will need to provide your child's age, height, and weight information.

In the event of an accident, the following steps must be taken:

1. You must inform our nearest office immediately.

2. In the case of an accident, you must call the police and obtain a written report. A report is required even for minor damages.

3. Do not move the vehicle until the police or gendarmerie arrive.

4. When returning the vehicle, make sure to complete a damage report with the Real Car Rental representative.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. In case of delay, a fee of 1/3 of the hourly rate will be charged for each additional hour. Delays exceeding 3 hours will be calculated as a full day.

If the rented vehicle is dropped off in a different city, a one-way fee will apply.

Damage caused to tires, glass, headlights, and battery is the responsibility of the renter. If these components are damaged during your rental, you will be charged for their replacement.
